Performance profile only showing some computed virtual columns that are related columns

I am trying to streamline my app to improve sync time. I am at 17secs and would like to get it better. When I do my Performance profile and I find the table that is taking the longest, and I look at the computed virtual columns results and I keep seeing pretty much the same columns, but it doesn’t show any of the related columns. I am trying to figure out why and also how I can improve my sync speeds.

There's a checkbox in upper right of perf profile for "focus on slow steps". Un-check that to see everything.
