Personnalise tabs name

Hi,
I have a litlle problem, I have copy and personalise animal sample in order to have multiple image upload, but I can’t find setup to modify the name on this tabs (show by arrow in bellow photo).

In another app (image right issue 2), I can’t find how can I change this text in a form section…
