Photos will not upload and Fail with a error message

Error message reads:

Unable to add/edit/delete row in table ‘Payables’.—>Google.apis.Requests.RequestError
Invalid data[0]: Your input contains more than the maximum of 50000 characters in a single cell. [400]
Errors[ Message[Invalid data[0]: Your input contains more than the maximum of 50000 characters in a single cell.] Location [-] Reason[badRequest] Domain[global]

Now this starting happening in Late Dec of 2020. I use this app from the web browser. I have reduced the image size to default to see if fixes and still same result. I am unable to save images.
Any suggestion on how to remedy. It work before. I will have to assume some kind of security feature google has done or shared feature for images. Please help asap

Never mind simple fix looks like someone forgot to pay the subscription to drive space
