Pictures not showing up

Hi,

I’ve read some previous articles on why pictures do not show up and watched tutorials on how to use image columns and none of the issues seem to resolve my problem. I also tried to just build a new app with just looking at the pictures, but they never show up.

• offline storage of content is off
• column is image and naming is relative to app sheet spreadsheet, i.e. drive folder of the app is in:
  “My Drive/appsheet/menu_manager.gsheet”
  the pictures are i a subfolder within “appsheet” called “menu_pictures”, column therefore has value: menu_pictures/1_1.jpg)
• security setting on gdrive is anyone with a link can see the pictures
• I tried deck view and gallery view
• I tried using column type show and type image
• I tried using a random picture URL to see if I can get any images displayed, namely https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mokka_(Kaffee)#/media/Datei:Bakırcezve-fincan.jpg

Any advice?

Have you specified any path from the image column? What happens when you add an image through the app? Does it show that photo in the app?
