Pin on a PDF jumping around

Hi folks.
I have a survey APP where I can put a pin needle on a floorplan (either a PDF or a JPG file).
But on the PDF, the needle jumps a bit around. Not much, but a little when I zoom in or out.
Anyone with experience on this? Possible to avoid?
PS: On the JPG file, this doesen’t happen…
