Play sound on workflow

We have a team “status” / checkin app that allows a user to set their on-site or off-site availability. Think it would be cool to be able to have our main kiosk play a custom sound if a condition is met.

For example; if a team member is checked “In”, or “Out”, a bell would ring - or similar sound, notifying a change on the system.

Not directly at this moment, but with the Workflow notification you could do that.

This is a topic that has been brought up many times in the past but I think it may be worth bringing it up again. I would love to have to ability to play mp3 files inside of AppSheet. Ideally, I’d like to have the option of displaying a progress bar and other controls or having an action play sounds from mp3 files in the background, without the appearance of controls on the user’s screen. Such support with make it quite easy to build in notification sounds.
