Please Help me understand appsheet pricing. If I build 3 secure apps and have a total of 5 users at my company and I do the most basic plan. Is it $5 a month because I have 5 users or is it user license per app so if all 5 use all 3 apps then it is $15 per month?

If you are meaning Standard plan, it will be $5/month. You can have as many as apps you need in the same account and the monthly fee is still $5 for 5 users.
