Plotting Points on an Image

Is it possible to upload an image (picture of a facility map) and the plot points based on gps? The image is not uploaded to the internet, so there is no URL.

Can the image be made available on the internet? Can it be placed in the appโ€™s primary data source (e.g., on Google Drive)?

Yes. I put the image on Google Drive and then copied and pasted, but it still would not show me the image on the app.
