Populate New Row with Enum List

Hello AppSheet Community,

I would like to populate a new row every time a driver in my app selects a client from an enum type. I already have route id and location id fields. So when a new row is populated for a location from the same route I would like the route id to stay the same but for the location ID to vary with UniqueID(). My first instinct is to create an inline action but I don’t think inline actions work in forms. Any thoughts? Thank you.
