Possible Bug

I have a user that can’t get the app to run on his phone. Android.
This began to occur a week ago about the time others were experiencing issues. We uninstalled and installed and the same thing occurs. This is as far as it goes, no login screen…nothing.

Have you tried to remove the Appsheet app and then reinstall it from Google Play?

I am running into this alot also. We have our apps whitelabled on Android. We go into settings > apps > this app > storage > clear data. Then we can login again and it works fine. Unistalling and reinstalling does not seem to fix the issue (with whitelabled apps). We first noticed this last Wednesday. It seems to effect users that have had the app installed but might not have used it in a while.

I don’t know what the underlying issue is that is causing this.

Some of my users are having this issue right now.
I don’t know if this is related, but I took a look at the audit history, and I saw a user with an ID of -2. Any idea what this could mean?

Normally it means that your app couldn’t recognize your user and is marked as a “guest”.
