Possible Table/Column Bug

I have a sheet that is populated by a Google Form, Appsheet shows the following error:
Table ‘Online Job Requests’ has duplicate key value ‘’ in the key columns of rows 9 and 12. The problem with the error is that there are only 11 columns, nor are each of the columns similar in data. I’ve regen the table a few times and it continues to show up. It’s working fine, just thought I would post. Thanks!

Did you mean 11 rows?

Have you looked at the raw row data that AppSheet pulls in to see what it thinks the info is? Keep in mind that rows in AppSheet MAY NOT be in the same order as they were in the sheet. Most times yes, but not always.

sorry, yes meant to say rows…however the Key is a timedate stamp, however the error is gone as of now.
