Postgresql - AWS - cannot connect

Hello

Have an issue while trying to add new data source - postgresql on AWS:

1. I’ve created a db instance on AWS, it is open to the world - connected via pgAdmin on my local machine, added some tables, etc.
2. When try to add new datasource I choose Database from cloud, provide link, username, password, no ssl, then test - test passes.
3. When I click Authorize Access - I get error as below

well, despite the fact I did not much appreciate the form of the suggested help, I must admit the information needed to resolve (or rather never meet) the issue actually was there - the inbound must be open All traffic, not only PostgreSQL.
