Potential Bug: Action showing in the List Card View

Description
If you’re using the List layout of Card View, and only specify 1 action, the action will still display even if the Only if this condition is true field yields False. The action does not trigger as expected. This can be misleading; however, giving the impression that the action is available. Contrast this with the same view that has at least 2 actions assigned, and it only shows actions yielding True from the Only if this condition is true field.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a Card View of layout List,
2. Set all except one action to None
3. Notice action still shows even if Only if this condition is true field yields False.

Workaround
Include a “dummy” second action to force the action to only show when True. To my knowledge, this is not an issue for the other Card View layouts.

Is anyone else having similar issues?

Card views in general are buggy. I recommend avoiding them to avoid frustration.
