Prediction model not populating column with label

Hi all,

I’ve trained a prediction model that predicts labels (ENUM) based on a text value. The model trains successfully but when I add new rows it doesn’t populate the “label” column with the predicted labels. In fact, I believe it predicts empty values rather than any of the class labels it originally trained on. Anyone understand what is going on here?
