Prefill 'Is a Part of' Records on Parent LINKTOFORM()

I know it is possible to open and prefill a new record’s form using LINKTOFORM().

If a second table has a ref column to this table with the setting of ‘is a part of’, is it somehow possible to prefill and create the child records at the time of prefilling the parent?
