Price of every user that only use my app

Hi I want to know if my users have to pay something for use my app.I am using AppSheet Business and they need to sign in to enter in the app, but they dont build anything just enter info.

YOU pay the fee… though you could pass that cost onto your users, charging them some sort of monthly access fee.

But as the App Owner, you are responsible for all costs.
