Price plans: I changed from secure app standard to public app publisher. The website says I need to change to premium which is for a secure app. What is the public app equivalent to premium, and if I change to this will it work? The pricing is not clear.

You might be using a feature that is only available on Premium secure app plan such as using USEREMAIL() function that requires authentication; if that’s the case then remove it and Publisher plan should be fine.
