Pricing plan advice needed

My question concerns what pricing plan I need.
I have developed an app for a mental health charity which runs a weekly cafe/creative space to log returning guests and add new ones to a database. It only needs to be used by two volunteers but to keep data secure they will need to log in with a different account from the google account where the sensitive data is held.
What is the cheapest appropriate plan?

Also, there is a feature within the app to help with this.

In the Manage section under the Author tab, you’ll find a feature named Plan Requirements. Expanding that gives you an Analysis button. Running it will inspect the app and inform you of which plans are allowed based on the features you have built into the app.
