Always load it in as your very first table. Then it will be the default table anytime you setup an enum column, base type REF… (When you have to plan the order in which you upload tables so that you can work around the editor needing to be reloaded to bring up the REF table picker…) Bug: Enumlist Column Type - Base Type Ref
