Problem in color foot icons

When choosing the primary color, the color of the icons and text on the primary color is automatically changed to white or black to have good contrast. However the color of the footer icons is not changed and is always black.

It would be great to be able to choose also the color of the text over the primary color (although it is almost always black or white).

Yesterday the icons were white and the contrast was good. Today they are black and cannot be changed. No matter what color is used, it is changed in the header but not in the footer.
