Problem scanning barcodes

Some time ago, when we want to scan barcodes it does not read it like before. simply does not read some now or reads them with great difficulty.
Occurs on android and iphone - I reinstalled the app and the same
Also disappeared the option to zoom in when scanning.
This made it very difficult to work with the app
Does anyone know what happened why this change?
will they solve it?
