Problem with Appsheet from google form Addon

Hi, I watch a youtube video and follow on how to migrate google form to the Appsheet.
So, I have installed the appsheet addon on google form and when I clicked the jigsaw icon instead of showing Launch button it shows only Help button, any advice?

Oh I try refreshed the page and now the launch button appear now but once I press launch it seems to cannot connect to google drive as following picture:

OK. I found out that it’s about the multiple account issue solved by doing all it again in google chrome igconito mode.
