Problems by number of users

Dear Sirs:

Sometimes our clients get the following error message, indicating that there are several people trying to edit at the same time.

Anyone know how many people can edit at the same time in the AppSheet applications.

An Excel spreadsheet used by the app should not be opened in Excel. If opened i Excel, it should be opened in view-only mode.

What happens if we open it, does it cause this error?

I don’t use Excel, so I don’t know what specific error it generates. Please contact support@appsheet.com for more help with this.
