Public App Status Field

Hello, wondering if anyone can offer advice on this:

• I have a public app with 10 forms.
• I have a Menu table that links to each form, shown using a Deck view.
• I would like a status field for each Menu item to show either Pending or Complete

Or maybe another suggestion on how to show that a form has already been submitted this session for that menu item.

Does the Menu table include the status of each form? If so, you need only navigate to the view in the UX section of the editor and then add the status field as a Secondary Header.
