Push Notification - is there a way I can make a phone number in a Notify message touch callable

I would like to insert into the push notification message a company phone number that the recipient can tap on to call. Since it is the phone number of the sending company, it is not typically part of the data set operated on, meaning no column to reference. Is there a way to force a phone number in the message to become touch callable?
