PUSH notifications for whitelabel apps with sign-in not required?

Sending Notifications from a Workflow Rule or Scheduled Report

A Workflow Rule can send a push notification when data changes. A Scheduled Report can send a push notification on a schedule you specify.

Im working on a White Label app for a National Park in Mexico which does not require sign-in.

This notification functionality to all users is something that could be very useful to the park administration, as they would be able to send updated messages to all visitors through the app. Such as, closing time, roads closed, events, etc.

Is there a way to work around this? Or is it definitely not possible?
Otherwise, can we request this functionality to the AppSheet Dev Team?
