Question about multiple users in published apps

Hi Guys,
I’m developing a recordkeeping app for small businesses. If in the future I publish this app in Android and iOS app stores, is there is a way for users to have their own database with possibility to invite their colleagues in this same workplace to be able to collectively work with their company’s data? Like private tables for multiple users.
