Question about per user pricing plans

Hello,

I’m building a simple registration app for an upcoming event hosted by a non-profit that I volunteer with. We would like to have the registration app running on a total of 6 devices, and it is essentially a one-time use. I used Appsheet in 2017 for a similar use-case and I think the plans were different at that time.

I’m assuming that I need to sign up for the Premium membership, but do I need a user subscription for each device that will be running the apps? Or is the user license required for the author/me only?
