Question about Yes/No column name display in Table view

I can’t seem to display the name of a yes/no column in

table view. The value gets displayed (Y or N), but the column name doesn’t. All other data types display properly. Does this have something to do with the length of the value (one character, Y or N)?

Thanks.

Yes, it’s a known issue @Sarah_Gould_AppSheet

@Grant_Stead Thanks! (and thanks for looking into this, Sarah)

The app have column types that are meant to work just with the value itself… like progress, color, Y/N etc. so they won’t take too much space. If the app would show the header name, the idea behind of this would disappear. That’s the basic.

@Aleksi_Alkio thanks. I’m a bit lost; I’m just talking about a UI/UX issue, regarding the name displayed in the table header. Not the column type. Other columns show the column name in the header, but not yes/no columns. See screenshot: column name is missing where the red arrow is pointing (that’s the Y/N) column.

Any work around for this?

I’m afraid not directly with the Y/N field. Though you can create your own Y/N Enum field.
