Question: can you lock a record or change its color if someone else already has the record open?

Ex: we have a list of 2000 names that will divided up among 10 tables of callers and I’d like to be able to prevent more than one person opening a record.

No. Since you’ll have an awesome app now your should just divide the work at a more granular per user basis. Instead of by table, do it by caller. Then you’ll also be able to measure who’s make the most calls, getting the most results and incentivize a behavior you want.

Now my problem is the related table in the app isn’t updating but the appropriate sheet in smartsheet is.

Is this a setting somewhere?

The related tables all updated when I had the ref in the name column instead of ID col - but that messed other stuff up.
