QUESTION:

How do you use images as my question and output selection variables with AppSheet? I’ve created google forms which looks and feels great. With the add-on integration, it does not transfer over to AppSheet app.

I’ve looked into using the show type = image URL approach, and uncertain how to display both the text as EnumList next to the image with user’s resulting selection captured and stored.
