Question-

when setting an app with Smartsheet can you use the comment function to create a two-way chat?

Use case: sales rep gives app to customer. Customer logs in, sees rep info, can chst/IM with them.

Not sure about Smartsheet comment feature specifically, but in general the app doesn’t update in realtime so at best it would be more like email than IM. We’re looking into options to make updates appear more quickly in the app.
