I have multiple apps that use one datasheet, users log their data and a manager uses a dadhboard view to monitor their entries. At the moment, the manager has to sync manualy every few minutes to see if new data is in. I wanted to have a way that when new data is in, it will appear on the dashboard by itself, thus making it a real time live view of the field service.

At this moment the automatic syncing is happening after 30 minutes. If you need that info right away, you could use push notification for your Admin user.
