REF Column uses Unique ID, how do we change this?!

Hi
I wanna ask about the REF column
When you Ref to a column in another table or sheet, it shows the “Unique ID” instead of the actual text or content
For example:

What is the solution for this issue!!
It is an important thing if we want to have the Excel Workbook or Spreadsheet as it is.

One way some might try to resolve this is by using Patient Name as the Key. This is unwise as you will certainly have the same names on occasion.

A better way is to simply copy the Patient Name into that linked table. Change the column name you have circled to simply Patient, add another column called Patient Name and have AppSheet copy the Patient Name value into this new column.

Now you have the best of both!!!
