REF: How to make a table column reference to itself or another table?

Hello, I have a column inside a table that i want to reference to in the UX Views. To be more precise it is an enum list of buildings that we service. Within the same table there is a job report form. So I would like the column for the buildings that is being serviced to relate to any new ones in the future via another UX VIEW as a table by referencing the column out of the form.

How would i make this work?
