Reference list within a form (with quanitity)

Hey,

I got a bit of a sticky situation.
I am building an app that allows you to create a job, which I have got most of the basics down for.

1. Create new job

2. Add details to said job

3. Assign tasks to said job - This is the problem, I was using an EnumList but I need to assign tasks from another list. I need to assign multiple tasks and a quantity of them.

For example, the tasks being - I need to install 4 sockets & 2 lights.

Any help on this would be great
