Remove choices from dropdown

Hi,

I am trying to have an app to track the inspection of our welding equipments. the app will be used by multiple departments of the plant for over a 100 welding equipments.

the choice of the equipment is listed with a dropdown menu. I would like to have the dropdown choices disapear as the choices are submitted in the form to keep track of the equipment that had been done. (like what you can do with choice eliminator add-on on Forms)

Also I would need the choices of my dropdown list to reset after 3 months (manually or automatically doesn’t matter)

What would be my options in order to accomplish what I need ?
