Removing Reference links in app

I’ve look and can quite find what I’m looking for in the forums. I would like to know how to remove reference links in forms.

So the little orange arrow in this case leads to the employee’s data. From there it is possible to click on the left and right sides of the page and scroll though all the employee’s and their data. I want to remove the ability to click on that little orange arrow.

Also, since the solution above is a hard-coded config, you can also make an expression inside Only if this condition is true config so that certain people can access the data and others don't, for example.
