Replace detail with inline

Hi AppSheet Community

I have a detail view like this:

How do I replace it with a nice Inline view like this? When I delete the detail view AppSheet regenerates it automatically.

Not sure how you replace a view with a completely different one, when both of them have their own places and serve their own purposes.

Inline view is a table view, characteristically, a record of which when clicked will take one to the detail view of that record.

If you have an action, with a linktoview expression, then you can navigate to the inline view, or any view you want.

Didn’t understand your motive though, as inline views and detail views are different yet linked views with different purposes to serve.
