Report only works by schedule?

I need to create a report for entire table. but i need to do this when i want, not only by schedule.
like put an action button to generate this report.

with workflow i can’t create from entire table.

You can create “On demand reports” in following manner.

In the workflow template created by the above approach, in the attachment settings (both body and attachment) , you can attach the multi row report templates created in (scheduled) reports section.

Just a reminder… you can trigger the whole table for your workflow from one record in the same table.
