Report - PDF

Hi - I have been running an automated PDF report for 18 months with no probs and today when the report came in the outlook inbox it was not recognized. Also happened with other users. Not sure how to fix it? If it comes through Gmail it is still recognized as a PDF. My older reports are still fine in Outlook and will open straight up when clicked - where as i need to associate today’s every time I try to open one.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. It’s .bin file extension not a .pdf

There appears to be a platform wide bug that is causing file extensions to be missing from workflow files. Our current workaround is to manually add the file extension to the file name. For example: .pdf .xlsx, etc.

The issue is less noticeable in Gmail because it automatically determines the correct file type and still allows it to open.
