Reports - I have a google doc template that is 3 pages (1st pg cover letter, then a form).

Currently this is set for every row per table and I get 100 separate emails.

Is there a way to generate one pdf of all the records but keeping the correct page separation?

@Tammi_Canelli Hi Tammi, if I understand your question correctly, you still want to generate 100 documents (3 pages per document), but you want all of the documents to be compiled into a single PDF attachment in a single email.

If this correctly describes what you want, perhaps you can try this: first, set the report to trigger only once for the entire table. Then in the template, use a START expression to cycle through every row in the table. The body of the START expression will be the 3 pages that you want to create for each row.

However, since there are quite a large number of rows, the generated PDF file can be quite large and may exceed the 20 MB limit imposed by the PDF file service that AppSheet uses to create PDF files.
