Responding To A Incoming Request

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way I can respond to an incoming request submitted by a Google Form which will be recorded in the Google Sheet.

To be more precise is that upon receiving a request which is recorded in Google Sheet (example a training request) which will be use as a data source to create an app with. The respond will be by sending an invite through Google Calendar to schedule training with the specific requested date and time.
