"Row filter condition" displaying incorrectly

Having a pretty common issue where when I provide a “Row filter condition” on a table slice, the actual view’s display does not match the row filter output. I double-checked to make sure that I’m using the correct user (myself), but I keep coming up with the same issue. Here’s the expression test of the row filter:
