Row Filter Expression error

Why did this happen? Look at my expression and then at what it reads:

Does the expression return an incorrect or unexpected result? If so, try it with:

...[Location_Code]<>TEXT("101-01")...

If your [Location_Code] column type is TEXT in the app editor, also ensure that the same column in your gSheet is explicitly formatted as PLAIN TEXT not set as AUTOMATIC

The [Location_Code] - is a Ref Type to another table. I have actually used that other table already and it worked ok. Not sure why this is doing this.
