Row key field 'Name' value is missing. Error while uploading CSV

Dear all, I am getting this error when i am trying to upload CSV through the action of upload

the below error message display

You have to pass initial value for key column. Uniqueid() is the usual and normal expression.

Thanks @tsuji_koichi for always helping, actually the problem that i was using wrong CSV file extension format, once i saved the excel sheet in comma limited format, it worked perfect and i didn’t have to have the uniqueid() feature in place
