RSS Feed for app

I would like to make a public meme creation/uploading app and create a RSS feed from the app to a webpage. How can I do this? RSS feeds from google sheets will not work since the uploaded images are just links. Help appreciated! This would be used in conjunction with my website xpnda.com and would be a great addition to my business model. My preferred tool is rss.app
