Same user email switches from Google to Office 365.

The app requires sign in.

Several existing users email accounts will be moved by their employer from G-Suite to Office 365.

They will have the same email accounts as are now setup in the app’s whitelist.

(Ex. john.doe@mydomain.com)

When their email switch is implemented, will they just have to pick ‘Sign In With’…Office 365 rather then Google as they had been used to doing?

Or do I need to add them to the whitelist again?

Has anyone actually tested or experienced this situation.

@Richard_Barber Hi Richard, as long as the email addresses in the white list and your app users’ email addresses still match and remain the same, then you shouldn’t have to modify the white list.

However, it’s also important to note that once your users’ emails are migrated from Google to Office 365, the next time they sign in to AppSheet, they will assigned new AppSheet accounts. Unless, they have existing AppSheet apps in their current accounts, this switch to the new account shouldn’t have any impact on your users.
