Save drawing in parent folder of default location

Is there a way to save drawings in the parent folder of the default location? I’ve tried ../ but that just makes a folder with name ‘…’.

My Google drive hierarchy

IFTTT_Images is the default location the files save into. I want the files to save in the parent folder (same location ‘Photos from Google Drive’ spreadsheet is located in. I do not want/need the ‘…’ folder.

It’s not just the default location, it’s the root location. All save paths must be at or below this location. Relative paths are not allowed.
