Save Report as PDF on action / click of button

i am trying to make a PDF invoice based on data of that particular row and give the user the option to save the PDF with a action and option of emailing the PDF with another action. i cant seem to find the report building option anywhere. i read somewhere it can be built on template of google docs but cant find any resources on that. thanks

Sending Email from a Bot, Workflow Rule or Scheduled Report

A Bot, Workflow Rule can send email when data changes. A Scheduled Report can send email on a schedule you specify.
